Description: Native to the high rainfall areas of western USA, this is a roughly pyramidical tree which becomes broader as it matures. The tree can reach a height of 250 ft (75 m) but up to 150 ft (45 m) with a spread of 30 ft (9 m) is more usual. Leaves are gray-gree

Growth Habit: Conical when young, ageing to broad columnar
