Description: Occurring in the arid inland of Australia, this species grows as a shrub to about 5 ft (1.5 m) tall, but can be prostrate in some populations. All new growth is covered with silky hairs and the ?leaves? are phyllodes, up to 2 in (5 cm) long, gray in color
