Description: This attractive palm grows to about 60 ft (18 m) tall, with a gray, slightly rough trunk to 15 in (38 cm) in diameter. On vigorous young specimens the pale bluish green fronds are massive, up to 10 ft (3 m) across, on a thick stalk about 6 ft (1.8 m) long
