Growing Bell Peppers

I'm growing sweet green and red peppers. The plants appear healthy except for dark patches at the joints between the stemm and branches. Also, there are plenty of peppers growing, but, as they increase in size a sinlge dark patch develops from within the pepper. The patch starts as brown and turns black as they mature. Again, the spot originates on the inside.

Any ideas on identifying the affliction? How about a remedy?

Try adding super phosphate to the ground around the plants.

Re: Growing Bell Peppers
could be a result of lack of water , which can cause a dry rot on tomatoes
