tomatoe pruning
I planted tomatoes for the first time this year. I planted Roma VFN and the bushes are quite thick. Should I be trimming them back to direct more energy to fruit production? I found about a dozen tomatoes so far.

Re: tomatoe pruning
When I prune my tomatoes I pinch off the sucker growth. That is the growth that grows between the stem and the leaf. Somtimes I will leave one or two for thicker growth. I never cut off the leaves.
